Order Cancellation Policy
All items from Alana’s Gift Shop (AGS) are printed to order. For this reason, all sales are final.
Orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once they have been placed.
Orders are processed individually. We do not automatically combine orders, and we are not required to combine orders upon request. If multiple orders are combined at our discretion, shipping costs will not be refunded.
By completing a purchase and checking the agreement box at checkout, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Subscription Box Cancellation Policy
AGS subscription boxes are billed one month in advance.
Customers may sign up anytime between the 1st and the 30th of the month to receive the upcoming subscription box.
Subscriptions are automatically billed on the 1st of each month for the following month’s box.
Example:
A charge processed on March 1st is for the April subscription box.
Cancelling a Subscription
Subscriptions must be cancelled before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming box.
Once a subscription charge has been processed on the 1st of the month, the order for that subscription box is considered placed and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Managing Your Subscription
Customers may manage their subscription through their customer account to:
• update billing information
• update shipping information
• cancel their subscription before the next billing date
