Returns, Refunds & Order Issues
All items from Alana’s Gift Shop (AGS) are printed to order. Because of the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Order Issues
If there is a problem with your order due to an error on our part, we will absolutely make it right.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if:

The wrong item was sent

An item arrived damaged

There is a printing defect

Clear photos of the item and packaging if applicable
Once the issue is verified, AGS will correct the error in a timely manner by replacing the item or issuing store credit at our discretion.

We are not responsible for customer ordering mistakes, including incorrect item selection, quantities, or uploaded custom images.

Color variations may occur due to monitor settings and printing processes and are not considered defects.

Failure to contact us within 7 days of delivery may make the order ineligible for correction.
Fraud & Chargebacks
We are committed to fair business practices and expect the same from our customers. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first to resolve an issue may be considered fraudulent activity. AGS reserves the right to provide order records, shipping confirmation, and communication history to dispute invalid chargebacks.
