When Will My Order Ship?

  • orders processing time is subject to change. average processing time is 4-10 business days. business days do not include weekends or holidays.

    My package never arrived.

    • I use USPS for all shipping needs. All shipments will have tracking number. Alana’s Gift Shop is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please make sure you have a secure place for delivery. filling a lost package claim can be done here:

    Do You Accept Returns?

    • No. returns are not accepted. Please contact me within 3 days of delivery if there is a mistake or if there is something wrong with your items. Use the chat feature on the website or email support at alanasgiftshop@hotmail.com

    My Product arrived Damaged?

    • Please contact me if there is a mistake or if there is something wrong with your purchase with in 3 days. I will do my best to correct the issue. 

    • If your item is lost stolen or damaged in transit, please file a claim with USPS. I do not have control over what the mail service does with your package. Please understand I have no control over the package once I hand it over to USPS.
