Thank you for shopping with Alana’s Gift Shop (AGS).
Processing Time
All items are printed to order.
Current processing time is 2–10 business days unless otherwise stated.
Processing time refers to the time it takes to print, prepare, and package your order before it is shipped. This does not include shipping transit time.
During high-volume periods, holidays, or large releases, processing times may change.
Shipping Carriers
AGS ships primarily through USPS.
In rare cases, another carrier may be used if:
- it has been agreed upon in advance with the customer, or
- USPS is unavailable for the destination.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Tracking updates are controlled by the shipping carrier and may take time to appear after the package has been scanned into their system.
Shipping Transit Time
Shipping transit times are determined by the carrier and are estimates only.
AGS does not guarantee delivery dates once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Lost or Delayed Packages
AGS is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
If your package appears delayed, we recommend contacting USPS directly with your tracking number for the most up-to-date information.
Delivered Packages
If a package is marked “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, it is considered successfully delivered.
AGS is not responsible for packages that are:
- lost after delivery
- stolen after delivery
- delivered to the address provided at checkout
Customers should contact USPS or their local post office for assistance in locating delivered packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered and the package is shipped, AGS is not responsible for replacing the order.
If a package is returned to AGS due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.
Shipping Issues
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with the shipment, please contact us within 7 days of delivery through the website chat feature.

International Shipping
AGS offers international shipping primarily through USPS.
Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on destination and are calculated at checkout.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These fees are not included in your order total at checkout.
Alana’s Gift Shop (AGS) is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes.
All additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages
AGS is not responsible for packages held, delayed, or destroyed by customs. If a package is refused or not claimed and is returned to AGS:

Lost International Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, AGS is not responsible for packages held, delayed, or destroyed by customs.
Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
