When Will My Order Ship?

• average processing time is 4-10 business days.

All processing times are subject to changes. This excludes holidays and weekends.

• I use USPS for all shipping needs. All shipments will have tracking number. Alana’s Gift Shop is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please make sure you have a secure place for delivery. filling a lost package claim can be done here:

My Product arrived Damaged?

• Please contact me if there is a mistake or if there is something wrong with your purchase. I will do my best to correct the issue. Please understand I have no control over the USPS damaging your products, if this happens, you can start a claim with USPS here:
